Program Manager- Maritime Engineering and Environmental Studies Academy (MEESA)

Kaitlyn McCoy is an experienced education professional with a B.A. in English, a Virginia Teaching License, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Library Science. She brings a strong technical background and a keen understanding of the latest trends in education and technology, enabling her to develop innovative solutions that empower students and educators to thrive in the digital age. 

In addition to her extensive expertise, Kaitlyn serves as the Program Manager for the Brooks Crossing Innovation Lab and Opportunity Center and as the Coordinator for the GO-TEC Programs. In these roles, she leads initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and skill development, contributing to the success of educational communities across the region.

Kaitlyn is deeply committed to driving meaningful change in education, helping learners of all ages and backgrounds achieve their full potential.
