Graduate Assistant - ODUCEIO
Stephen Croffie Djan is a Graduate Assistant with the Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity at Old Dominion University. He is a doctoral student in Instructional Design and Technology with a background in computer science, educational technology, and systems development.
Originally from Ghana, Stephen brings extensive experience designing and developing web-based systems and technology-enabled solutions across education and industry. His work with ODU CEIO supports digital innovation, web systems, documentation, research coordination, and data-driven initiatives tied to Virginia’s lab school network.
Stephen’s interests focus on leveraging instructional design, technology, STEM education, and community partnerships to expand learning opportunities for students and educators. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, mentoring, faith, and building practical digital solutions that turn ideas into meaningful impact.
