Fiscal Operations Manager - Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity (CEIO)
Shree’ Anderson serves as the Fiscal Operations Manager for the Center for Educational Innovation and Opportunity (CEIO) at Old Dominion University. She oversees the financial administration of seven diverse budgets, each with unique grant-funded requirements, compliance standards, and reporting needs. Her work includes strategic financial planning, expenditure review, and coordination with ODU’s grants and contracts offices to ensure fiscal integrity and alignment with CEIO’s mission of advancing educational innovation across the ODU Lab School Network and broader academic community.
An ODU alumna, Shree’ holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and is certified as a Substance Abuse Counseling Assistant, demonstrating her deep commitment to service and student support. She brings more than 20 years of financial experience across higher education, local government, and hospitality. Her background includes eight years in ODU’s Division of Student Affairs, where she held a leadership role and contributed to strategic initiatives, as well as service as a Senior Accountant at Virginia Peninsula Community College managing local, state, federal, and grant-funded accounts.
Shree’ is known for her collaborative approach, exceptional service, and dedication to uplifting others, particularly at-risk youth. Her ability to build meaningful connections and her strong work ethic make her an invaluable member of the CEIO team.
Originally from New York, Shree’ has made Hampton Roads home since 2006. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
