Our Goals

Support & Collaboration: Provide subject matter expertise and support to lab schools, enhancing the educational experience for teachers, administrators, and students.

Research & Best Practices: Coordinate research initiatives to learn about and disseminate best practices in education.

Innovation: Identify and scale innovative educational strategies and programs through a networked improvement community.

Sustainability: Ensure the long-term sustainability of the lab school initiative in Virginia.

The Lab School Network

The ODU Lab School Network consists of 9 schools: 4 ODU-specific partnerships and 5 additional partner schools connected with other colleges and universities across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Through this network, the Center aims to lead educational innovation and research.
