Graduate Assistant - AAES
Tasia is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at Old Dominion University. Originally from Taunton, Massachusetts, she was inspired to work with the Aerospace Academy of the Eastern Shore after benefiting from mentors who encouraged her interest in STEM. She hopes to provide that same encouragement to younger students and is most excited about teaching others and watching students grow.
Outside of academics, Tasia has a strong passion for lacrosse. She competed for two years at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (NCAA Division II) and two years at Longwood University (NCAA Division I). During her collegiate career, she was part of the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s 2022 Gulf South Conference Championship team, Longwood University’s 2024 Big South Conference playoff appearance, and ranked 10th in the Big South Conference for assists per game in 2025. She currently serves as the Graduate Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Old Dominion University.
